We are looking for an energetic individual with one year of landscaping experience who can thrive in a dynamic setting. Your role will include landscape maintenance and enhancements, operating machinery, and engaging with clients in a respectful manner. Teamwork and effective communication are key in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute landscape maintenance tasks including mowing and trimming
- Operate mechanical equipment safely and effectively
- Perform landscape enhancements like planting and mulching
- Address client concerns and refer as necessary
- Assist in planning and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- At least one year of relevant experience needed
- Willingness to work some overtime
- Ability to lift 50 pounds as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
