Job Description:We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team. The successful candidate will actively participate in production planning, coordination, and methods follow-up, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and TNM's internal standards.General Responsibilities:Participate in required meetings and contribute to a positive team environmentPromote unity and morale within the teamComplete clear and legible documentationUnderstand and comply with all safety requirementsFollow TNM's Employee Handbook and Plant RulesEffectively use TNM's ERP systemMaintain a clean and organized work areaSpecific Responsibilities:Perform contract reviewsPrepare technical drawingsDevelop and maintain Travel Cards according to customer and TNM requirementsHandle customer information requestsMaintain master part filesServe as the interface between the customer and the shop for assigned methods issuesTrack due dates in the ERP system and adjust schedules as neededCommunicate capacity levels to programs and level-load productionInform the General Manager of any ERP system inconsistenciesEstablish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure ERP system effectivenessReconcile ERP data with customer information and resolve discrepanciesAudit shop floor resources to ensure ERP accuracyCommunicate resource inconsistencies with the shop floor managerAssemble customer-supplied information into a "Job Packet"Requirements:Practical knowledge of ERP systems (preference for [specific software if applicable])Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive work environmentInitiative and attention to detailFluency in French and English (written and spoken)We Offer:A dynamic and stimulating work environmentOpportunities for professional developmentCompetitive salary and benefits
