Embrace part-time work as a Dietary Aide at Radiant Care Pleasant Manor in Niagara on the Lake. This role focuses on meal service, food safety, and exceptional resident interaction.
This permanent part-time position offers a 28-hour per pay period commitment. As a Dietary Aide, you will set up dining areas, serve meals, and assist with kitchen duties, all while ensuring compliance with dietary preferences. You'll work evening shifts and play a vital role in our mission of dignity and care for senior citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and clean dining areas for service
- Serve meals according to resident dietary preferences
- Perform general kitchen duties and maintain cleanliness
- Prepare snacks according to dietary requirements
- Store groceries properly in designated areas
Requirements:
- Completion of Food Safety Awareness program
- Enrollment in or completion of the FSW Certificate
- Knowledge of HACCP principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
