In this role, you'll take charge of PCB layout development, applying your expertise in Cadence tools like Allegro Constraint Manager. You will optimize designs, ensure compliance, and manage constraints for electrical performance and signal integrity. Collaboration is key as you work with multidisciplinary teams to meet system-level requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute PCB layout activities for multi-layer boards
- Utilize Cadence tools for layout constraints and signal integrity
- Collaborate on schematic reviews and front-end validation
- Optimize component placement for thermal and mechanical efficiency
- Maintain documentation, including Gerber files and assembly drawings
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum five years of PCB layout design experience
- Proficiency with Cadence tools, especially Allegro
- Strong knowledge of high-speed design principles
- Experience with DDRx interfaces and power distribution networks
