This role requires a robust background in full cycle recruitment, leveraging multi-faceted sourcing strategies while fostering a diverse workforce. Your background in corporate and agency recruitment will be key as you navigate relationships with consultants and vendors to fulfill hiring needs promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes for top talent
- Develop a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring timelines
- Promote diversity initiatives to reduce unconscious bias
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks
- Address customer needs professionally and promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years full cycle recruitment experience
- Fluent in English and French, both written and oral
- Knowledge of ATS, preferably Workday
- Strong consultative and conflict resolution skills
