Become the Supervisor of Respiratory Care at BayCare's St. Joseph's Women's and Children's Hospital. Lead a dedicated team to enhance clinical excellence and patient service in a full-time capacity.
BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced Supervisor of Respiratory Care. This role focuses on staffing, performance reviews, and process improvement in the Respiratory Care department. As a key leader, you will support the Respiratory Care Manager and help address team and patient concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising respiratory care staff
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards
- Manage hiring, reviews, and training of team members
- Serve as a role model and mentor
- Support the manager across multiple departments
Requirements:
- RRT (Respiratory Therapy License) required
- Active NBRC Credential for RRT
- CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience in acute respiratory care
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
