The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive legal advice, representation, and advocacy. As a key member of Clark Woods LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients in a variety of practice areas, including but not limited to family law, real estate law, estate planning, and civil litigation.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Stay informed about developments in relevant areas of law and participate in continuing education and professional development activities.Qualifications:LL.B. or J.D. degree from an accredited law school.Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia.Strong knowledge and expertise in one or more practice areas relevant to Clark Woods LLP's focus.Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving favourable outcomes.
