At Boomerang HFX, we deliver high-quality, face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns on behalf of well-known Canadian organizations. As a Sales Assistant (In-Store), you'll represent our client inside partner retail environments and branded promotional zones, creating strong first impressions and helping customers understand current offers and promotions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with the public, takes pride in their presentation, and wants to build a long-term career in sales, marketing, or customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Approach customers within retail stores and small event spaces, initiating friendly and informative conversations. Clearly present product or service features, promotions and brand messaging. Assist customers through sign-up or registration processes, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Maintain the visual standards of displays, signage, and promotional materials. Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily and weekly engagement or sales targets. What You'll Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and professionalism in busy, customer-facing environments. Reliability, consistency, and attention to detail. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn; previous sales or promotional experience is an advantage but not required.
