TalentCompass is hiring an experienced Collision/Body Shop Manager for a client in Mrakham, ON. This is a full-time perm onsite role and relocation to the area is required. Relocation assistance will be provided by the client.You will play a crucial role in leading the team that facilitate the completion of work required to reunite clients with repaired or restored vehicles. You are accountable for meeting annual financial performance goals.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day business operations to achieve optimal results in all financial performance categoriesOversee workflow within the collision center to ensure repairs are completed on time while maximizing shop efficiency.Hire, train and manage collision center associate performance • Own providing exceptional customer service to our valued clientsManage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealershipsMonitor accounts receivable (AR) and collects funds for repair work.Write estimates and provide ongoing coaching to the estimating team.Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters at several insurance companiesQualificationsMust have 2 years experience as a Collision Centre Manager or a Production Manager or an Estimator.Excellent verbal/written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision-makers.Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office suiteWhat's in for youIndustry leading compensation packageRelocation AssistanceGrowth OpportunitiesBenefits planGenerous year end bonusGreat cultureWe thank all candidates for their interest in the role, however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview.
