In this exciting Baker role, you will help to uphold COBS Bread's commitment to high-quality baked goods. No previous experience required; we're looking for individuals with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Work closely with your team to fill the bakery with freshly made items each morning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily baking operations with a small team
- Keep the bakery area clean and customer-friendly
- Evaluate recipes and accurately measure ingredients
- Mold and shape dough for various baked products
- Operate ovens for baking while ensuring quality control
Requirements:
- Must thrive as an early riser in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills paired with a pleasant demeanor
- Commitment to personal growth and team success
- Ability to lift and carry weights up to 22 kg
- Passion for delivering quality service to local customers
