Construction installation work at Groundworks combines hands-on labor, equipment troubleshooting, and foundation solutions for residential and commercial buildings.
Installers travel to job sites to install equipment, test completed work, and clean each project area. You will assist with foundation and water management installations under supervision while following safety standards. The work requires construction experience, trade-specific tool knowledge, and reliable attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform digging, trench back-filling, and general construction labor
- Assist with product and service installations under supervision
- Load, carry, and deliver materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Enter crawl spaces and basements for repairs
- Test equipment, troubleshoot assigned work, and clean job sites
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the construction industry
- Knowledge of trade-specific installation tools and equipment use
- Valid, non-restrictive driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform strenuous labor in varied conditions
