Join EnVision Consultants as a Land Development Inspector and contribute to vital infrastructure projects. This role involves inspection expertise and collaboration within a team-focused environment.
EnVision is looking for an experienced Inspector to join our Land Development team. This position requires 3-5 years of field inspection experience on large construction projects. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Senior Project Manager for project updates
- Review contract drawings and specifications for accuracy
- Conduct on-site inspections according to frequency requirements
- Identify safety and compliance issues proactively
- Prepare detailed site visit reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of inspection experience in construction
- P.Eng. or C.E.T. certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations
- Valid G license and vehicle access for site travel
