Join the management team and excel as a Retail Team Leader responsible for daily store operations, merchandising, and employee guidance. Lead in fostering excellent customer service and maintaining safety.
This role requires a candidate with at least one year of retail experience and 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity. You will support the Store Manager, conduct manager-on-duty tasks, ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards, and manage inventory processes. Strong leadership and communication skills are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise store associates effectively
- Ensure customer service standards are consistently met
- Conduct cash management and store opening/closing duties
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in employee training and manage performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year retail experience required
- 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities in high-volume environments
- Open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Ambition to progress within the company
