Join a leading supplier as a Remote Appliance Field Service Technician based in Edmonton, AB. Provide expert service for food industry equipment, leveraging skills in electromechanics and technical support.
This full-time, permanent role offers competitive pay from $24 to $40.21/hour with opportunities for overtime. Successful candidates will bring 3–5 years of technical service experience and a DEP in Electromechanics. You'll be responsible for traveling to client sites, maintaining an excellent driving record, and delivering exceptional communication during service visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site repairs and maintenance on appliances
- Service food industry equipment, including refrigeration and cooking systems
- Communicate effectively with clients on service-related tasks
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs
- Travel for training and client visits as required
Requirements:
- DEP in Electromechanics is mandatory
- 3–5 years of related technical experience
- Valid provincial gas fitter license (asset)
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Excellent driving record and travel readiness
