Drive sales as an American Eagle Sales Leader while maximizing Fitting Room productivity and delivering a best-in-class guest experience. Lead LOD shifts across store operations.
As a full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team and represent AEO values through daily retail leadership. You motivate associates, maintain service standards, and help drive KPI results through strong salesfloor execution. Your work supports guest loyalty and a Guest First culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead LOD shifts and support daily store operations
- Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity
- Motivate associates and reinforce AEO service standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates
- Execute shipment processing, merchandising, and visual procedures
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience leading teams
- Passion for AE and Aerie products
- Multitasking, attention to detail, and priority-setting skills
- Business acumen and time management abilities
- Flexible availability when guests shop
