Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction phases and project closeout
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in construction management
- At least 3 years managing data center projects
- Proficient in reading construction specifications
- Experience coordinating multiple trades
- Strong knowledge of safety standards
