This role reports directly to the Drafting Coordinator and requires a solid background in pipefitting or welding. You will review designs, generate construction drawings, and maintain bills of materials while working in a supportive team environment. Precision in drafting and the ability to solve design issues are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret engineering designs and drawings
- Generate construction drawings using SpoolFab efficiently
- Resolve design problems with project managers effectively
- Maintain project material trackers and identify shortages
- Audit Quality Control Progress Reports daily
Requirements:
- 2 - 3+ years of fitting or welding experience
- Drafting experience with SpoolFab or Acorn Pipe
- Basic understanding of modular construction processes
- Advanced knowledge of piping materials and assembly
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
