This Material Handler position focuses on picking, packing, and shipping customer orders for EMCO Corporation. You will count, verify, receive, and put away vendor material and customer returns. The work also includes operating material handling equipment, maintaining warehouse safety, and assisting customers at the counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, count, pack, and ship customer orders
- Verify incoming shipments and customer returns
- Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment
- Record receiving information and shipping discrepancies
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
Requirements:
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of warehouse experience
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail when processing orders
- Ability to learn forklift and software operations
