In this role, you will oversee a dynamic team of 50-100 culinary professionals, focusing on strategic execution and high-quality service delivery. Your role is crucial in fostering a coaching culture that empowers individuals to reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a motivated culinary team
- Drive quarterly goals aligning with business strategy
- Ensure product quality adherence and safety compliance
- Engage in financial management, including budgets
- Assist with the launch of new restaurant locations
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of Culinary Leadership experience
- Proven ability to recruit and maintain high talent
- Expertise in coaching and inspiring teams
- Food Safe and Health & Safety Certification
- Dedication to continuous personal and professional growth
