Responsibilities: • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner. • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. • Maintain knowledge of menu items and restaurant promotions. • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions. • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area. • Comply with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. • A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
