Job DescriptionOverviewPlease note that this job posting is intended to build a candidate pool for future needs.AtkinsRéalis is currently seeking a Senior Industrial Process Engineer for its Montreal office.Your RoleAs a Senior Industrial Process Engineer, you will:Determine specific project requirements, establish the scope of work, and identify steps and timelines for completion;Perform design and calculations related to project needs;Provide technical support to other project managers when required;Draft specifications and technical reports;Coordinate between various stakeholders, both internal (AtkinsRéalis) and external (clients and other engineering firms);Represent the company to the client;Provide technical expertise to clients;Offer technical support during construction work;Perform any other tasks related to these functions.About YouBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field;Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial processes;Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);Strong knowledge of the industrial sector;Ability to meet specified budgets, schedules, and quality requirements for projects and the company;Proficiency in process flow diagrams (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), and heat and material balances (HMB);Knowledge and experience in risk studies (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, What-If);Asset: Knowledge of renewable energy processes (hydrogen production, carbon capture).Reward & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career at AtkinsRéalis in Canada.Enjoy competitive compensation, employee recognition, and a brilliant range of flexible benefits you can tailor to your health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle needs.Make the most of diverse opportunities for training and professional development to grow your skills and expertise.And take advantage of our hybrid working culture and generous time-off policies to balance a fulfilling career with your personal life.Be rewarded.
