Job DescriptionOverviewOur Transportation Infrastructure Group focuses on the Civil Engineering design of linear transportation projects including roads and highways, as well as alignments and drainage for railways, airports and marine facilities. As a Manager in Transportation Infrastructure, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians and assist in achieving the objectives of the Transportation Infrastructure Department.Your roleSupport in implementing methods and procedures according to corporate standards.Manage the human, financial, and material resources of your department.Plan resources for projects and participate in annual human resources processes (recruitment, performance evaluations, resource development plans, training, etc.).Participate in business development for your department. Participate in the writing of proposals.Act as a manager for several projects.Participate in and/or lead execution of transportation infrastructure projects including Function Planning, Preliminary Design, Detail Design and Construction Administration services.Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with services offered deliverables, budgets, and schedules.About youBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.
