Apply now Role The Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management and development of national accounts in the grocery and food service sectors. By promoting the Applesnax brand, they play a key role in increasing product visibility, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth of our national brands. With a results-oriented and customer satisfaction mindset, they actively contribute to the company’s positioning and performance in both the Canadian and international markets. Responsibilities Compliance Always know and follow food quality and safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies. Account Development and Management Manage and grow assigned national accounts in the grocery and food service sectors, with a particular focus on the Applesnax brand. Identify and develop new business opportunities, target potential clients, and close sales to support revenue growth. Client Relations and Experience Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through a proactive approach, active listening, and personalized, solution-oriented service. Participate in business reviews and strategic planning meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and foster long-term partnerships. Brand Promotion and Visibility Increase product visibility in stores and on client menus by coordinating efforts with internal teams. Represent the brand at industry events (in Canada and internationally), including trade shows, business reviews, and client planning sessions, to boost brand awareness, strengthen business relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Strategic Analysis and Reporting Produce analytical reports and detailed presentations using sales, market, and performance data for clients and internal teams to support decision-making. Internal Collaboration and Coordination Work with the sales team to ensure departmental alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, logistics, and product development teams to meet client requirements and ensure the success of commercial initiatives.
