You want to make a difference in a dynamic team This position is for youPosition: Technical AdvisorImmediate Report: General ManagerResponsibilities: Assist and reassure customers having problems with equipment (basic diagnosis); Refer customers to service partners in their area; Assign mandates (PO) to the various service companies for warranty work at our customers; Follow up with service companies so that our customers are served as quickly as possible; Technically assist service technicians in diagnosing the problem; Determine the parts needed to solve the problem; Raise recurring issues to supervisor; Determine whether a case is covered by warranty or not and take action accordingly; Document cases in the ticket system; 95% of our customer are english people. Skills : Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines; Ability to manage several cases at the same time with efficiency; Communicate in a clear, concise and respectful manner; Rigor / Autonomy / Initiative; Customer experience oriented;
