Responsabilities Attend to all maintenance requests and general inquiries Able to identify and execute minor repairs or handle urgent issues. Able to communicate with, co-ordinate and complete work. Oversee cleaning of property (windows, carpets, floors, changing lightbulbs, etc). Some plasterwork, painting, doorframes, installation of doors, locks, etc. Oversee that the building in secure; elevators/air conditioning/alarm systems/heating systems/etc are in functional working order. Skills and criterias Self motivated, responsible and knowledgeable tradesperson. Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance. Must have own tools Valid drivers license Construction site experience a requirement. Company truck will be provided.
