You will manage the IT team, coordinate deployment projects, handle procurement and inventory, and monitor performance. You will contribute to aligning service operations with business needs and intervene on complex issues.* Relevant university degree or equivalent experience * 8 to 12 years of experience in a similar role * Strong knowledge of MsWindows, MsOffice and enterprise technologies (VPN, Citrix, AD, Exchange) * Natural leadership, excellent communication and time management skills * Ability to motivate a team and manage priorities under pressure * Familiarity with ITIL best practices (asset) * Bilingual FR/EN * Permanent full-time position * Compensation according to internal policy [to be confirmed with client] * Employer contribution to RRSP (5%) * Comprehensive group insurance * 3 weeks vacation (6%) * Profit-sharing program
