Assistance in the preparation and planning of trade fairs and other commercial events Participate in the drafting, translation and correction of various documents for the company Help with project management in our task management software Collaborate with the different departments in the context of customer projects Requirements Hold an ACS Office Automation, administrative assistant or related training Have 2 to 5 years of experience in administration or as an administrative assistant (an asset) Experience in the field of customer support (an asset) Advanced bilingualism (French and English, other languages ​​an asset) Excellent writing skills Knowledge of the Office suite Experience in a related technical field (sale of electronic products, software, ...)
