We have just opened up a spot on our team for an Entry Level Client Support Specialist. This individual will be trained from the ground up by our leadership core and be provided with the opportunity to grow within the ranks into higher roles of leadership and management. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Support Specialist Will Include:Becoming an expert on all client product and service knowledge to be able to answer all customer questions Mastering the full sales cycle in order to complete sales orders for specific customers Establishing continued communication with customers so they may stay informed on any product or service ordersWorking with other members of the Sales & Marketing team to share tips to be able to learn from one another and improve as a teamAttending daily team meetings where goals are discussed and standards are setReceiving ongoing training that focuses on leadership development We Are Looking for Our Entry Level Client Support Specialist To:Be self-driven and open to learning all aspects of our businessBe a people person and able to work both independently and as part of a teamHave excellent communication skills and be comfortable conducting presentations to select client customersBring a positive, upbeat, team-oriented attitude on a daily basisBe able to carry themselves in a professional manner when working with the team and customers
