You will operate within a collaborative, data driven brokerage with strong brand positioning, lead flow, and operational systems to help you scale production and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers and sellers in residential and luxury real estate transactions
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through brokerage leads, personal sphere, and strategic prospecting
  • Deliver exceptional client service, negotiation, and transaction management
  • Collaborate with team members, admin staff, and marketing to ensure consistent client experience
  • Maintain compliance with RECO, brokerage policies, and industry best practices
  • Participate in team accountability structures, meetings, and growth planning

Required Qualifications

  • Active Ontario real estate license in good standing
  • Minimum 1 plus years of real estate sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
  • Self motivated, disciplined, and growth oriented

Technical and Professional Skills

  • CRM proficiency including Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, or similar
  • Digital marketing and social media competency including Instagram, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
  • Basic understanding of listing marketing, digital ads, and lead funnels
  • Transaction management and document platforms including DocuSign, SkySlope, Lone Wolf, BrokerBay, and ShowingTime
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
  • Ability to analyze market data, pricing strategy, and buyer and seller positioning
