Serenity Home Care is currently hiring multiple Home Support Workers for our clients in Mount Pearl, St. John's, and Conception Bay South (CBS).

Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
  • Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, and mobility).
  • Light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, and tidying).
  • Meal planning and preparation.
  • Providing respite care for families.

Requirements

To ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, all applicants must provide:

  • Recent Letter of Conduct with a Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Current First Aid Certification.
  • 3 References.
  • Availability to work every second weekend.

Schedule

  • Flexible short shifts.
  • Weekend availability required (bi-weekly rotation).
  • Day, evening, and night shifts may be available.
