Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for automotive sales, and the ability to engage customers through product demos and personalized service. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales expertise in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional shopping experiences while promoting our diverse product offerings. Bilingual abilities and experience in merchandising or retail sales are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on technology products and solutions
  • Upsell additional items or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
  • Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is tidy and inviting
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising tasks
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in automotive or related fields
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers effectively
  • Bilingual skills (English plus additional language) are a plus
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, objection handling, and sales procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
