Our Team is Growing:

We are seeking an experienced MEP and Architectural Scheduler to support planning, coordination, and schedule management for complex building or infrastructure projects. This role focuses on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural scopes, with close integration across design and construction teams.

Location: Toronto, ON.

Hybrid: 4d in office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with construction, design, and project management teams to develop and execute integrated MEP and architectural schedules aligned with overall project objectives.
  2. Take ownership of developing, updating, and maintaining detailed Primavera P6 schedules for assigned MEP and architectural scopes or project areas.
  3. Drive progress against baseline schedules by collecting updates from trade contractors and internal teams, ensuring schedule status is accurately reflected in periodic reporting.
  4. Prepare, review, and manage contractor schedule submissions, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, activity coding standards, logic sequencing, calendars, software settings, and required levels of detail.
  5. Maintain and refine baseline and working schedules to reflect approved changes, design development, construction sequencing, and interface constraints.
  6. Review and validate short-term and look-ahead schedules for MEP and architectural works, ensuring feasibility, constructability, and alignment with the master schedule.
  7. Perform schedule analysis, including identification of critical and near-critical paths, float analysis, and time impact assessments to support change management and extension of time requests.
  8. Support program-wide integration of MEP and architectural schedules with civil, structural, and systems works, identifying interfaces and potential schedule risks.
  9. Participate in coordination meetings, planning workshops, and schedule review sessions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  10. Interpret contract documents to identify scheduling obligations, milestones, constraints, and reporting requirements, ensuring ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of construction scheduling experience, with a focus on MEP and/or architectural scopes.
  3. Strong Primavera P6 experience is required.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and schedule reporting.
  5. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong communication and coordination skills.
