You will be responsible for managing media relations and implementing the project's communication plan.
What you will do
- Build relationships with the client's media representatives.
- Develop and collaborate on the implementation of media relations strategies.
- Conduct research and draft various communication tools.
- Monitor media coverage (as needed).
- Ensure message dissemination (as needed).
- Coordinate with the client to obtain approval for external content distribution (e.g., by partners, subcontractors, suppliers).
- Support and accompany spokespersons.
- Develop external communication messages.
- Ensure all messages distributed by the company are consistent with its positioning.
- Maintain alignment between content production advisors, graphic designers, and multimedia specialists.
- Manage the work schedule and monitor project costs.
- Track and evaluate communication activities, providing recommendations to promote and maximize visibility.
- Work closely with the client on implementing the communications plan and managing media relations.
- Participate in internal meetings related to community relations.
This role could be for you if you have
- A bachelor's degree with a specialization in Communications/Marketing.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of graphic design and web development tools (an asset).
- Strong leadership and strategic vision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Awareness of trends in digital communication tools.
Strong skills in prioritization, scheduling, and budget management.
Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams, with creativity and adaptability.
