Overview

We're a small, family-run construction company built on expert craftsmanship, a personalized approach, and reliable service. With three active projects and winter quickly approaching, we're looking for a skilled carpenter or experienced laborer to help us keep up momentum and meet deadlines before the snow flies. Our owner and lead contractor works hands-on at every site, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to contribute, and values quality as much as we do.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with residential construction
  • Strong framing experience is a must
  • Ability to assist with various aspects of carpentry and construction (siding, trim, basic finishing, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various tasks.
  • Perform heavy lifting as necessary during construction activities.
