No hosting/interviewing required. Strategy management.What you'll doWrite from transcripts: Pull sharp takes/stories and turn them into clear, punchy posts.General strategy: Keep themes/pillars aligned, pitch angles, maintain a small hook bank.Cadence & calendar: Own scheduling and on-time delivery in Notion/Drive.Light AM: Weekly updates, gather assets, coordinate with our outbound + inbox team.Iterate with data: Review performance and suggest simple experiments.Outcomes / KPIsCadence: 6 quality posts per two-week sprint per account (baseline).Clean, visible calendar + assets; deadlines hit.Month-over-month lift in core signals (engagement rate per follower, profile visits, inbound DMs).Must-haves (mindset > pedigree)Strong writing and storytelling; you can explain why a post works.Curiosity about audience psychology and what drives engagement.Collaborative, feedback-friendly, and organized.Data-aware: you check results and adjust.Nice-to-haves1–2+ years doing social/content (freelance, internships, in-house, agency—any mix).Familiar with LinkedIn analytics (Shield or native).Exposure to B2B/services is a plus.Tools (we'll onboard you)Slack, Notion, Google Drive/Docs, LinkedIn, Descript/Fathom/Grain, Zoom/Riverside.Equipment: just reliable internet.Time & CompensationPart-time, per-account retainer: CAD $500–$1,000 per account / month (scope + experience).Typical load: ~5–8 hrs per account/week.
