We are looking for a Casual Seasonal Class 1 Truck Driver to join us and become part of our Portable Wood Processing Team in Kamloops, BC.

We Offer
- Competitive pay: $ $40.28 per hour, depending on experience
- Casual Seasonal Work, October to March each year, as needed to fill schedule gaps

Responsibilities
As an Arrow driver, you will be hauling wood fibre locally in B train and walking floor trailers. Wood fibre is mainly comprised of grindings, but we also haul sawdust and hogfuel. You will travel to our bush grinder locations in and around Kamloops. Typically, work is within 2 hours of the local pulp mill.
Major Responsibilities
Oversee cargo handling and secure loads in accordance with safe work practices and applicable legislation.
Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety, roadworthiness, and regulatory compliance.
Comply with all applicable legislation, including safe operation, load securement, hours of service, occupational health and safety, transportation of dangerous goods, and weight and dimension requirements.
Record, maintain, and verify all required documentation and electronic logs, including bills of lading, hours of work, and vehicle service and repair records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Operate onboard and communication equipment (e.g., truck cab computers, two-way radios, telephones) to exchange information with dispatch, bases, supervisors, and other drivers.
Interact professionally and respectfully with customers, co-workers, and the public at all times.
Working Conditions:
- Seasonal employee between the months of October - March annually
- Ability to work hours per week as needed on a casual basis

You Possess
- Class 1 truck driver's license
- A minimum of 3 year of Class 1 experience driving a logging truck is preferred
- B train or equivalent, Mountain and Offroad driving experience is required
- Tire chaining experience is required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- At least two job references
