Job Overview

As a store manager for Lafantaisie Dock, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of your store. You will oversee sales in your area as well as manage deliveries and inventory. You will receive support from a team of veterans within the company to guide you through your various tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your team to maximize everyone's potential. Train new hires and
  • positively impact their morale.
  • Engage with customers in-store and over the phone to generate sales and fill your calendar.
  • Control inventory to fulfill all orders. Submit requests for any materials you are missing.
  • Handle after-sales service and take care of our customers to maintain our highly
  • respected reputation.
  • Drive sales by developing strategies to increase store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Oversee store administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
  • Experience in administrative tasks within a retail environment
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals
  • Good communication skills
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks
  • French (not necessary, but an asset)

BENEFITS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
