Order Picker / Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator – Edmonton

Location: St NW #27, Edmonton, AB T5V 1T4

Full-Time | Warehouse Operations | WMS & Inventory Focused

We're looking for an experienced Order Picker / Warehouse Coordinator with strong inventory accuracy skills and hands-on WMS experience (Extensiv preferred). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, understands inventory flow, and can use technology confidently.

What You'll Do

• Pick, stage, pack, and put away orders using handheld scanners & WMS
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock adjustments
• Receive product, verify quantities, and ensure proper labeling & placement
• Use computers daily for inventory updates, customer communication, and order processing
• Operate an order picker; assist with forklift tasks (if certified)
• Load/unload shipments and keep warehouse spaces organized
• Support commercial warehousing activities and customer order fulfilment
• Ensure all tasks follow Matco/Western safety standards

What You Bring

• Order picking experience with handheld scanners
• WMS experience required (Extensiv preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory control & cycle counting
• Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft 365, and warehouse software
• Order Picker & Forklift Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to lift 60 lbs alone / 100+ lbs with help
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must pass a criminal background check (company paid)

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
