Factory Direct Sunrooms is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Prince Albert, SK. As a leader in custom sunroom design and installation, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, factory-direct solutions that enhance outdoor living spaces for Saskatchewan homeowners. In this role, you'll support our sales team by assisting customers, managing inquiries, and contributing to the sales process for sunrooms, patio enclosures, and related products. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide product information, including features, benefits, and pricing for sunrooms, screens, and accessories.
- Schedule consultations and site visits with potential clients.
- Support sales representatives by preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up materials.
- Maintain showroom displays, inventory records, and ensure a clean, inviting environment.
- Process orders, payments, and basic administrative tasks using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless customer experiences from sale to delivery.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets through proactive upselling and relationship-building.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company promotions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or sales is an asset.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (home improvement experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of the Saskatchewan construction or home renovation market is a plus.
