Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers with your infectious energy and love for all things exotic.
  • Use your product knowledge to guide customers and boost sales.
  • Hit those personal sales targets and spread the Lucky's vibe.
  • Help onboard our awesome new team members.
  • Keep things running smoothly by following our store procedures and policies.
  • Get involved in everything from stocking shelves to reorganizing displays and pricing products.
  • Keep up with the latest product info and store updates.
  • Maintain our storefront's fresh and clean look.
  • Stay connected with the team and be ready to tackle any task.
  • Receive and stock shipments

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be 19 years of age or older and ready to bring the vibes.
  • Pass a background check with flying colors.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of retail experience (bonus points if you've got leadership skills).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills to keep things running smoothly.
  • Communication skills that can charm anyone.
  • Stay cool under pressure and handle any situation like a pro.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with reliability and punctuality.
  • Cash handling skills that make you a checkout wizard.
  • French? Nah, not required.
