Our Sault Ste. Marie Operations team is looking for a
Student
to join their team from May to August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growth-oriented organization and to gain experience and an understanding of the energy sector. The student will work on an array of administrative tasks.

Hourly rate range: $23–$26, based on work term level

What You'll Be Doing

  • Offer administrative support to the Operations group;
  • Provide reception coverage as required;
  • Organize copy rooms and maintain inventory of supplies;
  • Filing documents into files and addressing requests for photocopies;
  • Send and receive mail/faxes, packages and couriers and keep log of deliveries;
  • Perform other administration duties as assigned.

  • Maintain a professional attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Are able to handle multiple demands and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Work effectively independently as well as in a team;
  • Regularly take initiative
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

What You Must Have

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary program; and returning in the fall
  • Completed first year university or college studies.
