Technical Skills:

  • ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
    Deep knowledge of
    ServiceNow
    modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM (CSM Mandatory).
  • Integration Skills:
    Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration of ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., LDAP, SSO, third-party apps).
  • Configuration and Customization:
    Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, business rules, workflows, and client/server scripts.
  • Architecture & Design:
    Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Data Management:
    Understanding of data modelling, import sets, Transform Maps, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) best practices.
  • Cloud and Security:
    Knowledge of cloud computing models, security protocols, and compliance frameworks relevant to ServiceNow environments.

Professional Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in CSM)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (asset)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (preferred or considered an advanced credential)
