Site Supervisor – Residential Construction

We build high-quality custom and pre-sold homes with a focus on craftsmanship, organization, and exceptional client experience. We're looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver beautiful homes on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations for multiple residential projects

  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries to maintain schedule and quality standards

  • Conduct daily site walks, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and workmanship meet company expectations

  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and change orders

  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, and office staff

  • Track progress, resolve issues, and report on schedule and cost impacts

  • Verify completion of key milestones and prepare homes for client walkthroughs and possession

  • Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with NB building codes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of residential construction experience (site supervisor or foreman role preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of framing, finishing, building codes, and construction sequencing

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

  • Comfortable using technology (JobTread or similar project-management software is an asset)

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
