Key Responsibilities:

  • Within 6 months, be eligible to be registered as a Mutual Funds Representative to better assist the financial planner/mutual fund representative.
  • Professionally handle inquiries from clients via phone and email.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports while ensuring the CRM and client files are up-to-date and in compliance.
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of client meetings, including agenda setting, document preparation, and meeting follow-ups.
  • Handle investment transactions instructed by the advisor, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain office efficiency through various administrative tasks, including electronic scanning, filing, and managing client marketing lists.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Experience in the insurance/financial services industry preferred.
  • Customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and a sound understanding of insurance and investment products.
  • A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent experience. CFP designation and IFIC/CSC courses are a plus.
