Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating data insights into actionable strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing advanced analytics tools and methodologies to drive informed decision-making and optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Develop detailed project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications using tools like Visio
- Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal structure and performance using SQL Server, Oracle, or other database systems
- Create interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI, Tableau, and VBA to visualize key metrics and trends
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis using R, Python, SQL, and Bash (Unix shell) to identify patterns and support strategic initiatives
- Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with SDLC best practices
- Assist in database design and data modeling to support business needs
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment and clarity
Skills
- Proficiency in Business Analysis methodologies with strong analysis skills
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and SDLC processes
- Strong programming skills in R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for data analysis and automation tasks
- Expertise in database management using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, including database design and SQL querying
- Knowledge of Business Analysis best practices including process modeling with Visio
- Familiarity with analytics techniques for deriving insights from complex datasets
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data accurately
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $87,000.00 per year
