About the Role

This is a
sales-led partnerships role
with full ownership over outcomes.

As Influencer Partnerships & Sales Manager, you will build and scale a portfolio of creators who drive performance across our products. You control results through
creator selection, deal structure, and volume of content shipped
.

This role is not focused on inbound management. It is outbound-driven and performance-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close AI creators into paid and performance-based partnerships
  • Run outbound outreach via DMs and email to recruit UGC influencers and creators
  • Own creator performance end-to-end, including scaling high performers and replacing underperformers
  • Manage a portfolio of creators to consistently grow monthly converting impressions
  • Coordinate post-close execution to ensure content is delivered and campaigns launch on time

Approximately
60–70% of the role is outbound outreach, negotiation, and closing
.

Performance & Compensation

Variable compensation is tied to
monthly converting impressions
generated by creators you recruit and activate.

  • Target:
    60M converting impressions per month = $40K variable
  • Performance is measured and paid
    monthly
  • Strong performers consistently reach or exceed OTE

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, partnerships, influencer marketing, or creator ecosystems
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, follow-ups, and negotiation
  • Strong understanding of creator distribution and performance dynamics
  • Ability to work autonomously and move quickly in an early-stage environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Clay, and social analytics platforms is a plus
