Volunteer Basketball Scorekeeper

We are currently seeking Volunteer Scorekeepers for the Crunch Time Basketball League (CTBL), our 3v3 house league running from January 10th - March 14th (10 weeks).
Position Details
- Schedule: Saturdays, 1:30PM - 5:30PM
- Location: All Saints CES, 130 Castlemore Avenue, Markham
- Game Times: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- Break: 30 Min breaks in between divisional games (3 divisions)
- Commitment: Full 10-week season (Saturdays only)
Role Responsibilities
- Operate the scoreboard and game clock
- Start/stop the clock as required during play
- Work alongside a fellow volunteer scorekeeper for support
- Communicate with referees and coaches as needed to ensure smooth game flow
Qualifications & Expectations
- No prior basketball experience is required (familiarity with the game is an asset)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay engaged and attentive during games
- Reliable and punctual attendance throughout the season
