Customer Service & Production Coordinator – Sign & Print Shop

Location: Prince Albert, SK

Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Compensation: Starting at $20–$22/hour, with room to grow as skills and responsibilities expand

Hiring Window: Mid-January through March

Who We Are

We are a locally owned sign and print shop providing a wide range of services including custom signage, printing, vehicle graphics, and installations. Our environment is hands-on, fast-moving, and team-oriented, and we're looking to add someone dependable who enjoys variety and working with people.

Position Overview

This role supports both customers and internal shop operations. You'll be a central point of contact—helping customers, organizing jobs, coordinating schedules, and assisting the production team when needed.

This is an in-shop position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Duties

  • Welcome walk-in customers and manage incoming phone calls
  • Communicate clearly with customers about orders, timelines, and updates
  • Prepare and manage job/work orders
  • Set up customer files and distribute information to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with quotes, billing, and payment processing
  • Schedule installations and help manage timelines
  • Follow up on active and completed jobs
  • Photograph finished projects
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job details

Additional Shop Support

  • Provide hands-on help in the shop during busy periods
  • Learn entry-level printing and sign production tasks
  • Vinyl weeding, material preparation, and packaging
  • Assist with shop organization and general cleanliness
  • Pitch in wherever needed to keep workflow moving
