Position Summary:

Q & L Financial Services Inc. is a family-owned financial services firm dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve long-term security through personalized life insurance planning, wealth management, and retirement strategies. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Advisor Support Associate to assist our advisors and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Support

  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and advisors, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
  • Schedule and confirm client meetings, assist with meeting preparation, and follow up on action items.
  • Answer client questions related to policies, accounts, and documentation with professionalism and care.

Advisor Support & Case Management

  • Assist in preparing applications, proposals, and illustrations for life insurance and retirement planning products.
  • Support advisors in compiling financial data and account summaries for reviews and planning meetings.
  • Track open cases with insurance carriers, custodians, and investment platforms, following up to ensure completion.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Submit and monitor life insurance applications and coordinate underwriting requirements.
  • Process account applications, transfers, contributions, and distributions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain CRM records, client files, and compliance documentation in an organized and secure manner.
  • Generate client reports and assist in the preparation of retirement planning and wealth management documents.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all paperwork meets regulatory and firm compliance standards.
  • Assist with required disclosures, documentation requests, and tracking for compliance audits.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a financial services, insurance, or retirement planning firm preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and financial planning software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of life insurance, investment products, and retirement accounts is highly desirable.
  • LLQP or Mutual Fund licensed is a plus but not required.
