Summary:
The Mitsubishi Electric Fiber Laser Operator is in charge of producing high-quality parts using Mitsubishi machinery in accordance with Company Plans, Blueprints, and other Diagrams. Loading parts, Operating machines , Setting Offsets, Simple Adjustments, Deburring, and Inspecting Quality items for compliance with specifications will all be part of the job description. This role requires the Complete Knowledge of the Autodesk Fabrication tools (AutoCAD, Auto-Desk Fusion 360) for the maximum efficiency and minimal wastage of the material and time. The Laser Operator will detect equipment failures or out-of-tolerance cutting/machining and change the machine controls to ensure product quality. They'll notify their immediate supervisor of any machine faults. As part of their responsibilities, this role will need to operate a forklift, cranes, and other lifting equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Programs to Operate machines to Laser Cut the Sheet Metal.
- Identify and label parts.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines and storage shelfs.
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with the requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly or not.
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

Excellent written and oral Communication
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Certifications in a related field is an asset
